Manufacturing Engineer

Eaton Aerospace division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This
position is based at Middlesex NC facility.
The Manufacturing Engineer designs, develops and implements
products and manufacturing processes to facilitate cost reduction and
continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and cycle time.

+ You will
investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot product design, equipment operations,
production methods and processes.
+ You will
provide engineering expertise for operation and maintenance of equipment, and
manufacturing processes to ensure safe and capable operations.
+ You will
Identify and implement new manufacturing methods and process modification
recommendations for reduction of waste, cost, enhanced safety, or improved
+ You will
develop cost justification and project plans for new/modified tooling,
machinery, or other Capital Projects.
+ You will
coordinate implementation of new products into manufacturing. Create, review
and approve product and process test reports necessary to gain customer
approval of new or modified product designs.
+ You will
facilitate product redesign related to raw material or production/customer
+ You will
establish, maintain, and audit Engineering Specifications, Bills of Material,
Process Routers, Production Standards, and Process FMEA?s for new and existing
+ You will
assist in evaluation of potential and existing suppliers and provide support
for resolution of supplier quality concerns.
+ You will
analyze data relative to cost, product, machine capability, waste elimination,
hazard identification, and resolution of manufacturing problems and quality

Required (Basic)
+ Currently possess or will have obtained an Bachelor's degree
in Engineering from an accredited institution no later than August 2019
+ Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
without sponsorship now and in the future
+ This position requires use of information or access to
hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations
(ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident
(i.e. ?Green Card Holder?), Political Asylee, or Refugee
+ Advanced degree in Engineering from an accredited
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing
+ Hose Manufacturing Experience
+ Experience managing capital projects
+ Familiarity with Lean tools
Success Criteria:
+ Knowledge of cost estimating and cost out skills /
tools required.
+ Knowledge and application of problem solving tools and
+ Proficiency with various computer software and
applications such as CAD/CAM, Excel, Word, MS Project, Minitab.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
