Operator III - Silicone (3rd Shift)

Eaton's IndustrialDivision is currently seeking an Operator III - Silicone to join our third shift team. This position is based at ourMiddlesex, NC facility.

You will set up, operate and monitor extrusionline: Set up equipment according to Silicone Extrusion Checklist; checkthe condition of required tooling; install correct tooling and adjust toolingas necessary
You will clean up after a run: remove, clean, andinspect tooling. If the tooling is in good working condition, return to thetooling cabinet. If not, contact Engineering.
You will change over: remove excessive siliconematerial (in equipment/on parts) from last run and reinstall cleanedparts/tooling
You will proof test: Places coil of hose intester, hook up to clamps and pressure test with water to proper specifications.
You will work in finishing: Inspect hose to make surethat specifications are met. Coils and tag the hose to prepare itfor shipping. May place in crate or box based on customerspecifications.
You will arane/Hoist Operation: Operators mustsafely operate the crane/hoist to transport poles and product through thedepartment.
You will produce a quality product, safely, on-time, andwith the least cost possible.
You will review work orders, specifications or instructionsto determine material, ingredients, procedures, components and settings.Accurately record data on process travelers.
You will accurately complete computer transactions asnecessary (labor & scrap transactions, inventory disbursements & cyclecounts, expense items, etc.)

Required (Basic)Qualifications:
High school Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
No relocation is provided for this position, only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the Middlesex, NC facility will be considered

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
