Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description:
Eaton Aerospace division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.
Thisposition is based at Middlesex NC facility.
The Manufacturing Engineer designs, develops and implementsproducts and manufacturing processes to facilitate cost reduction andcontinuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and cycle time.

You willinvestigate, analyze, and troubleshoot product design, equipment operations,production methods and processes.
You willprovide engineering expertise for operation and maintenance of equipment, andmanufacturing processes to ensure safe and capable operations.
You willIdentify and implement new manufacturing methods and process modificationrecommendations for reduction of waste, cost, enhanced safety, or improveddelivery.
You willdevelop cost justification and project plans for new/modified tooling,machinery, or other Capital Projects.
You willcoordinate implementation of new products into manufacturing.
Create, reviewand approve product and process test reports necessary to gain customerapproval of new or modified product designs.
You willfacilitate product redesign related to raw material or production/customerconcerns.
You willestablish, maintain, and audit Engineering Specifications, Bills of Material,Process Routers, Production Standards, and Process FMEA's for new and existingproducts.
You willassist in evaluation of potential and existing suppliers and provide supportfor resolution of supplier quality concerns.
You willanalyze data relative to cost, product, machine capability, waste elimination,hazard identification, and resolution of manufacturing problems and qualityconcerns.

Qualifications Required (Basic)Qualifications: Currently possess or will have obtained an Bachelor's degreein Engineering from an accredited institution no later than August 2019 Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee PreferredQualifications: Advanced degree in Engineering from an accredited institution Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Hose Manufacturing Experience Experience managing capital projects Familiarity with Lean tools PositionSuccess Criteria: Knowledge of cost estimating and cost out skills / tools required.
Knowledge and application of problem solving tools and methodologies.
Proficiency with various computer software and applications such as CAD/CAM, Excel, Word, MS Project, Minitab.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
